Overview
One Digital is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to service existing clients and develop new client relationships. The role focuses on client success, satisfaction, and growth.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client success and satisfaction.
- Process new and renewal business, endorsement requests, proofs of insurance, and review policies for accuracy and relevance.
- Correspond professionally with insurance companies and clients to update, obtain, or verify necessary account information.
- Answer client and underwriting questions accurately and promptly.
- Assist with claims processing and marketing activities when applicable.
- Stay informed about new coverages and products to support client needs.
- Seek opportunities for new sales and cross‑sell initiatives during client interactions.
- Enroll in annual continuing education and pursue personal and professional development projects.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Team Manager.
- Preferred: current Property and Casualty Insurance License (One Digital will assist with licensing for the right applicant).
- High school diploma, two years of college, or two years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Excellent time‑management, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50,000 to $60,000 per year, dependent on skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. Variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus may also be available based on individual or company performance.
