Supply Chain Coordinator | $25 - $30/hr | Part-Time | Williston, VT

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and making a real impact behind the scenes. This isn’t just inventory management—it’s being the person who ensures our clinical teams can do what they do best: save lives.

You’ll be embedded in a fast-paced emergency hospital environment where your work directly supports patient care. Be the go‑to expert – own and optimize the supply chain function for a high‑performing hospital.

Compensation
  • $25 - $30/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

You’re not just placing orders—you’re building a system that works.

  • Ensure the hospital is always stocked and ready for anything
  • Manage inventory accuracy, par levels, and product flow
  • Partner with vendors to secure best pricing and reliable supply
  • Reconcile orders, invoices, and resolve discrepancies
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive smarter processes
  • Maintain organized, efficient storage and ordering systems
  • Support audits, reporting, and inventory strategy
Qualifications
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain (2+ years)
  • Medical or veterinary experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confidence working with data, systems, and spreadsheets (Excel)
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you solve them
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships
