Responsibilities and Duties:

• Proactively work in a safe manner in the context of performing the functions of your position.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is always 100%.
• Interact with customers and contractors as required.
• Coordinate with project managers and foreman to meet the needs of all projects.
• Assist teammates as needed.
• Reading Blueprints and other Construction documents.
• Provide status reports of work related to any project involvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess documented experience/training on various systems and controls.
• Experience with Electrical and or HVAC equipment repair/maintenance is preferred.
• Strong computer skills are necessary for Level 3-4 and would be preferred, but not a necessity for Level 1-2.
• Must be able to work without constant supervision, make reliable decisions, have good judgment, and have knowledge of safety procedures.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects and prioritize based on departmental functions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good interpersonal skills required with strong communication and organization skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary: based on experience $20-$40/hr
