We're looking for a Referral Relationship Manager (RRM) who can build powerful partnerships, strengthen referral networks, and drive meaningful impact across three of our hospitals.
Peak Veterinary Referral Center, Williston, VT
- Your home base, where you'll be onsite and fully embedded with the team
Small Animal Veterinary Emergency & Specialty (SAVES), Lebanon, NH
- Providing mostly virtual support with some travel
Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital, Latham, NY – Providing mostly virtual support with some travel
Responsibility Allocation:
Will vary on a week-to-week basis. RRM must be flexible depending on needs of site and the market.

Referral Relationship Manager (RRM)
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year
- Schedule :
Full-time (40 hours/week); schedule may vary based on event needs, including occasional evenings or weekends. - Travel:
Up to 4 days/week in the field, with admin time at hospitals - Environment:
