The Details:
Referral Relationship Manager (RRM)

  • Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year
  • Schedule :
Full-time (40 hours/week); schedule may vary based on event needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Travel:
Up to 4 days/week in the field, with admin time at hospitals
  • Environment:
    Fast-paced, collaborative, relationship-driven
  • Benefits:
Vet Bloom Access – RACE-approved CE, training, and curriculum library
  • Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, HSA/FSA, 401(k), and more
  • Growth & Development – Ongoing training, career progression, and a supportive network

Why This Role Is a Game-Changer You'll be the face of the hospital in the field —the person who:

  • Builds trusted partnerships with referring veterinarians
  • Shapes how—and where—patients receive advanced care
  • Drives real, measurable hospital growth through strategy and relationships
  • Creates experiences (events, CE programs, outreach) that people remember

What You'll Actually Be Doing (And Why It's Exciting) You're not just "managing relationships"—you're owning growth.

  • Drive referral growth through intentional outreach, not passive check-ins
  • Own your territory —build, strengthen, and expand a network of referring practices
  • Create high-impact events (CE, open houses, community partnerships) that elevate your hospital's presence
  • Partner with marketing + leadership to launch campaigns, new services, and clinicians
  • Use data like a strategist —tracking trends, identifying opportunities, and adjusting your approach
  • Shape the referral experience by solving problems and improving how hospitals serve their partners

Motivated by Ethos' mission to improve the lives of pets and people through exceptional veterinary care.
  • Grit & Resilience:
Brings determination, persistence, and professionalism to a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • High Standards:
Demonstrates strong accountability, integrity, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Curiosity:
Actively seeks knowledge, feedback, and innovative approaches to improve outcomes.
  • Self-Starter:
Works independently, takes initiative, and drives results with minimal supervision.
  • Relationship-Oriented:
Builds trust, communicates effectively, and maintains strong professional relationships.
  • Coachability & Growth Mindset:
Open to feedback, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.

What You'll Need:

  • Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, & Reliable Transportation – Frequent travel required within the region (mileage reimbursed).
  • Flex…
