Your day-to-day as a Welder:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel ductwork and components to precise specifications.
• Fit, square, and assemble metal parts to tight tolerances prior to welding.
• Prepare surfaces by grinding, deburring, and cleaning to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
• Conduct quality checks during and after welding to verify weld integrity and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as shears, rollers, saws, presses, and positioners safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and PPE protocols.

Your skills and experience:

• 2–5 years of professional welding experience in fabrication, industrial, or manufacturing settings.
• Proficiency in TIG welding, especially with 20–18 gauge stainless steel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight dimensional and aesthetic requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with thin-gauge metals or ductwork fabrication is a plus.
• Familiarity with surface preparation standards and distortion‑control techniques.
