We have immediate openings for Precast Concrete Laborers.

Description:

A precast concrete laborer or precast concrete worker does physical labor in our precast concrete plants. They help pour concrete, setup/strip and tie rebar for various precast concrete products that are made on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

* Perform all duties assigned by the Precast Plant Manager, or Supervisor.

* Strip, clean, setup and pour various precast forms.

* Measure cut and bend rebar to desired specifications.

* Help plant foreman, carpenters, and other skilled laborers when necessary.

* Put together and take apart concrete forms.

* Perform plant clean-up.

Qualifications:

* Experience on a construction crew preferred but not required.

* Willingness to learn precast skills on-site.

* Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.

* Workers must be punctual and reliable.

* Ability to get along with co-workers.

* Do whatever it takes to get the job done.
