Overview

Polli Properties is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Marketing Operations Coordinator to become the backbone of our real estate team. This is not a “support role” in name only; you will be the engine driving marketing strategy, execution, and reporting for our growing business. Responsibilities
  • Team & Office Support
    • Coordinate thank‑you notes, client gifts, and appreciation campaigns.
    • Manage office errands, supplies, and general administrative support.
    • Maintain shared office standards and assist leadership as needed.
  • Client Database & Relationship Management
    • Maintain and clean client databases for accuracy and efficiency.
    • Track and execute client outreach campaigns, including birthdays, home anniversaries, and VIP touchpoints.
    • Prepare client mailings, UPS labels, and special packages.
  • Marketing & Brand Execution
    • Execute newsletters, drip campaigns, and social media content.
    • Track ROI on marketing efforts and report insights to leadership.
    • Manage marketing expenses, vendor payments, and billing.
  • Client & Community Events
    • Plan and coordinate appreciation and community events.
    • Manage vendors, venues, budgets, and event logistics.
    • Execute event marketing, invitations, and follow‑up communication.
  • Video Content & Digital Marketing
    • Create engaging video content for property listings, marketing initiatives, and internal training.
    • Oversee video editing, publishing, and analytics to optimize performance across platforms.
    • Manage and expand the team’s presence across social media and other digital channels.
  • Listing & Transaction Marketing
    • Oversee marketing for open houses, including listing brochures and buyer/seller materials.
    • Maintain accurate listing updates and manage visual assets across all platforms.
    • Implement full‑scale marketing strategies for listings across digital and print channels.
  • Technology & Systems
    • Act as the team’s primary resource for CRM platforms, AI tools, and other technology systems.
    • Streamline workflows, provide staff training, and proactively implement new tools to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in small business marketing, managing projects from strategy through execution and results.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail‑focused, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Technically proficient, adaptable, and eager to learn and implement new systems.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in fast‑paced settings.
  • Clear, confident communicator with a strong customer‑first mindset.
  • Motivated by growth and dedicated to ongoing learning and improvement.
Compensation

Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year.
