We are seeking a proven Store Manager who can lead a team in a dynamic, collaborative environment and drive results through coaching and development.

• When it comes to the customer experience – it all starts with you. You will manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience, with a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, with emphasis on maintaining the budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and Company policies.
• Maintain a high standard of store appearance and presentation.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Working Conditions/

Physical Requirements:

The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipments or record boxes. The role may involve working around moving parts, carts or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
