Job Summary
Hourly pay: $18.00 base + targeted commission. Total potential compensation $25.69 per hour. Position is full‑time retail sales associate at Comcast Xfinity stores.
Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and process in‑store bill payments.
- Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Maintain expert knowledge of technology, Comcast products, and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store continually.
