Goodwill store revenues fund our mission. Goodwill NNE’s programs include workforce training programs, 22 group homes that support adults with disabilities, community support for adults with disabilities, Ameri Corps programs, and business-cleaning services. • Team Leadership:
  Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and promote staff development.
• Customer Service:
  Ensure customers receive excellent service by setting and maintaining high customer interactions, merchandising, and store cleanliness standards.
• Inventory Management:
  Oversee inventory control, including pricing, stocking, and rotation of merchandise to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Sales Growth:
  Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including merchandising displays, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Financial Management:
  Manage store budgets and financial performance, monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve budget targets.
• Quality Control:
  Maintain merchandise quality standards and ensure all items meet Goodwill's quality guidelines.
• Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with all Goodwill policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Community Engagement:
  Represent Goodwill in the local community, building positive relationships with customers, donors, and community partners.

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• Two years of successful supervisory experience at Goodwill; or 2+ years of successful store manager experience with full P&L responsibility in a small box environment; or 1+ years of successful management experience in a big box environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and inventory tracking software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another relevant language is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse and inclusive teams.
