Merchandiser, Retail

As a Merchandiser at Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C., you will execute in-store merchandising for major brands across retail locations. You'll stock shelves, build and maintain displays, implement planograms, and ensure products are priced, signed, and presented to company standards. You'll travel between assigned stores, report on inventory and promotional compliance, and build strong relationships with store personnel. Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and merchandising standards for assigned retail locations
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, well faced displays
• Build, install, and maintain in store promotional and seasonal displays
• Verify pricing, signage, and promotional materials for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct basic inventory checks and communicate out of stocks or opportunities
• Travel between multiple stores on an assigned route and manage daily schedule
• Complete store visit reports using company tools and mobile applications
• Collaborate with store management and staff to support sales initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and drive sales
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and merchandising best practices
