Retail Merchandiser

Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C. seeks a Retail Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising programs for leading brands at major retailers. You will stock and rotate product, set and adjust planograms, build and maintain displays, place signage, and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and priced correctly. Role includes checking inventory, reporting on store conditions, and partnering with store staff to maximize product visibility and sales.

Succeeding requires strong attention to detail, reliable execution, effective communication, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store merchandising plans for assigned retailers and brands
• Stock, rotate, and front-face product to company and client standards
• Read and implement planograms and resets accurately and on time
• Build and maintain in-aisle and promotional product displays and signage
• Verify pricing, labels, and promotional materials are correct and current
• Monitor on-shelf availability and backroom stock; communicate issues
• Capture photos and complete visit reports using mobile tools
• Partner with store management and staff to support sales objectives
• Follow company, client, and store safety and merchandising guidelines
• Manage route, schedule, and priorities to complete all assigned visits
