We’re looking for a Referral Relationship Manager (RRM) who can build powerful partnerships, strengthen referral networks, and drive meaningful impact across three of our hospitals.
LocationsResponsibility Allocation: Will vary on a week‑to‑week basis. RRM must be flexible depending on needs of site and the market.
The Details:Referral Relationship Manager (RRM)
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year
- Schedule
:
Full-time (40 hours/week); schedule may vary based on event needs, including occasional evenings or weekends. - Travel: Up to 4 days/week in the field, with admin time at hospitals

You’ll be the face of the hospital in the field— the person who:
- Builds trusted partnerships with referring veterinarians
- Shapes how—and where—patients receive advanced care
- Drives real, measurable hospital growth through strategy and relationships
- Creates experiences (events, CE programs, outreach) that people remember
- Drive referral growth through intentional outreach, not passive check‑ins
- Own your territory

- Partner with marketing + leadership to launch campaigns, new services, and clinicians
- Use data like a strategist
—tracking trends, identifying opportunities, and adjusting your approach - Shape the referral experience by solving problems and improving how hospitals serve their partners
