• Base pay: $25.00 per hour plus commissions on sales and quarterly bonus

• Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Conduct studio tours
• Sell memberships to meet monthly goals
• Follow up with prospective members
• Handle member concerns professionally for resolution
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives
• Work with manager to achieve monthly KPIs
• Cross-train with Operations Manager on facility maintenance and cleanliness

• Strong sales and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members
• Multi-tasker with minimal supervision
• Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service
• Passion for sales and fitness

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
