We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our full‑time team in Williston. If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping people through tough situations, and thrive in a team with a strong work ethic, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do- Respond to fire, water, and mold damage jobs in residential and commercial settings
- Perform mitigation services, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, demolition, and restoration prep
- Operate industry equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, specialty tools etc...
- Document job progress using mobile software (photos, notes, moisture readings)
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and project managers
- Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency response
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work hands‑on, lift 50+ lbs, and handle physical tasks
- Comfort working in damaged structures, including crawlspaces, basements, and affected areas
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
- Prior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person
