Full-time Mechanic & Heavy Equipment Operator
CSWD is seeking a skilled, hands‑on Mechanic and Heavy Equipment Operator to join our compost program. In this dual role, you’ll spend a portion of your time leading mechanical diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs to keep our equipment running safely. The remainder of your time will involve safely operating heavy equipment to support daily operations.
Requirements: at least two years of mechanical equipment repair and two years of heavy equipment operation experience.
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience and certifications, and a generous paid time‑off package.
