Installer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

Starting Pay: $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Install premium replacement windows and doors in residential homes.
• Perform finish carpentry, interior and exterior trim work, and related remodeling tasks.
• Measure, fit, and install products to company quality standards.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Work closely with Lead Installers and team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow installation procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational carpentry training preferred.
• 1+ years of carpentry, remodeling, construction, installation, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with finish carpentry, trim work, window installation, door installation, or residential remodeling is a plus.
• Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our Williston location.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical jobsite work.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
