What You'll Do
- Install premium replacement windows and doors in residential homes.
- Perform finish carpentry, interior and exterior trim work, and related remodeling tasks.
- Measure, fit, and install products to company quality standards.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Work closely with Lead Installers and team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow installation procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational carpentry training preferred.
- 1+ years of carpentry, remodeling, construction, installation, or related experience preferred.
- Experience with finish carpentry, trim work, window installation, door installation, or residential remodeling is a plus.
- Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Reliable transportation to our Williston location.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical jobsite work.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
