We keep homes and businesses in Vermont clean, safe, and running smoothly — and we’ll train you to become a pro in a rapidly growing industry.

• Clean carpets, dryer vents, air ducts, and heat pumps using pro‑level tools and equipment
• Learn industry techniques that help systems run better and last longer
• Check and assess equipment to spot issues before they become problems
• Talk with customers about the work you’re doing and share helpful maintenance tips
• Keep gear organized, clean, and ready to go
• Complete quick service reports on each job
• Build your skills through ongoing training and certifications
• Commission, plus hourly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience is great, but not required — we’ll train you
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours (sometimes weekends)
