Our client is a growing company providing high-quality flooring solutions for residential and commercial spaces. They are seeking a Crew Foreman to join their team.

• Lead and supervise a small crew of installers and apprentices on job sites
• Review project instructions and ensure proper material allocation before each job
• Oversee and participate in the installation of resinous flooring systems to meet quality standards
• Act as the primary on-site contact for customers, maintaining professionalism and addressing questions

• Proven experience leading teams in a trades or construction environment
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and product data sheets
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and process compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
