We’re growing our team of skilled professionals and looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their craft, puts customers first, and is ready to make an impact. Whether you’re diagnosing a challenging issue, helping a homeowner find the right solution, or representing Call The Whale in the community, you’ll be an important part of our continued success.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues
- Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups
- Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components
- Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes
- Work with ductwork, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential HVAC systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

$80,000 – $150,000+ annually Commission and supplemental pay opportunities
