Location: Williston, VT (NEA) - Retail shop

• $30.00 hourly
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Monday–Friday, AM start time
• Driver bonus (quarterly payout)
• Gain share (quarterly payout)

• Vehicle operation: Operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle to deliver compressed and liquid gas cylinders, as well as hard goods, along designated routes.
• Customer service: Collect empty cylinders from customers and address inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Documentation: Record all transactions accurately and obtain necessary customer signatures.
• Logistics: Handle the loading and unloading of all materials.
• Safety and maintenance: Conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, noting any issues to ensure full safety compliance and maintain vehicle condition.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company during all deliveries.

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class B CDL license
• HAZMAT endorsement or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 5 years
• Successful completion of Airgas background and motor vehicle check
• DOT clearinghouse verification from previous employers
• Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs. and occasionally lift 76–>100 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing temperatures
• Ability to maintain a drug‑free workplace
• Adherence to safety regulations and policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience
• Touch freight delivery experience
