CDL Driver

CDL Driver's day usually begins around 7:00 AM – sometimes earlier – and ends at approximately 4:30 PM. Generally there is no weekend work, but hours may vary by location.

• Lives the mission statement.
• Acts as a front‑line representative while providing outstanding customer service.
• Splits time between making deliveries and working in the warehouse.
• Uses a Moffett forklift to make deliveries.
• Interacts with customers and/or crews at job sites.
• Provides exceptional service to each Lansing customer and constantly strives to improve that level of service.
• Keeps warehouse clean and orderly.
• Performs other functions as needed, such as cycle counts, inventory, inside sales, etc.

• CDL B (or
  
  A) license required.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with Moffett forklift.
• Ability to work independently with efficiency and focus, and as a contributing member of a larger team.
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Experience with building products is very helpful.
• Strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Forklift certification and experience with a piggyback truck.
