Williston, VT (NEA) – Retail shop

Pay Range: $30 - $32 per hour

$2,500 Sign On Bonus
Driver Bonus (Quarterly Payout)
Gain Share (Quarterly Payout)
Monday - Friday work schedule

• Sales & Business Development: Sell industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding supplies, and related equipment; solicit sales from both new and existing customers.
• Customer Support: Assist customers via email, telephone, and in-person walk‑ins; provide guidance on equipment usage and material requirements.
• Operations & Logistics: Manage loading/unloading of cylinders, operate forklifts, and serve as a backup driver when necessary.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain proper hardgoods and cylinder levels to prevent supply emergencies.
• Administrative & Financial: Manage accounts receivable, discuss past‑due accounts, collect payments, and ensure accurate paperwork, coding, costing, and pricing.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class B (or better) CDL.
• HAZMAT endorsement or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 5 years.
• Successful completion of Airgas Background and Motor Vehicle Check.
• DOT Clearinghouse verification from previous employers required.
• Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs, occasionally 76–>100 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing temperatures.
• Ability to maintain a drug‑free workplace.
• Adherence to safety regulations and policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Touch freight delivery experience.
