O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee city route schedule, functions, and delivery specialists of hub store to spoke stores;
Receive orders from stores and ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time;
Maintain organized, clean city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store;
Monitor hub system and routes to increase efficiency and reduce expenses;
Provide input to store manager regarding delivery specialists' performance for evaluations
