Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Special Education Administrative Assistant (Level II). This role plays an important part in supporting students’ success by maintaining accurate student records, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring students receive the services and support they need.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate student records related to special education services.
- Provide administrative assistance to the special education department.
- Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
- Work with data systems to manage and maintain records.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working with data systems and maintaining accurate records.
Rate of Pay: $23.39 / Hour
Schedule (Approximately): 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
