Office Administrator/ Coordinator

- Assist in preparation tasks fornew and existing clients
- Plan, track, and manage team goals, project timelines, training, licensing, travel, expense reports, and new information
- Complete forms, reports, and collect signatures
- Participate in department meetings
- Evaluate the potential for process problems and develop solutions
- Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring that materials are current, properly filed, and stored
- Communicate with clients regarding needs, if necessary
- Assist in proposals and billing
- Be an active participant in business development and cultivate relationships to strengthen both yourself and the firm

The ideal candidate will be constantly self-motivated by their responsibilities and also able to keep an eye out for opportunities to innovate. This role will assist with multiple functions, including providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team. The Operations Coordinator will be accountable for handling confidential and time-critical materials. If you are a highly organized, adaptable, positive, and detail-oriented professional with experience in business and administrative support,
- Associate of Arts Degree required, with no specific field of study preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff.
- Able to work autonomously while seamlessly integrating with remote and in-office teams based in the U.S.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to organizational excellence.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

- Location – hybrid based out of our Willmar, MN office
- Hours are normally Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
