• Prepare and decorate cakes according to specifications for special orders and walk-in customers.
• Assist in maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members and customers.
• Ensure all cake products meet Dairy Queen® standards of quality and excellence.
• Keep the cake production area clean and organized, following health and safety standards.

• Ability to operate cake and soft serve equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain adequate inventory of decorated cakes for peak occasions.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns.
