Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of a Full Time School Guidance Counselor at Willmar Senior High.

Under the direction of the Building Principal and/or Assistant Principal, the School Guidance Counselor is responsible for providing support and assistance to instructional staff, students and parents by providing a comprehensive school counseling program to respond to identified student needs in the areas of academic support; college and career guidance; individual and/or group counseling support services.

• Current MN School Guidance Counselor Teaching License
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have a MN Teaching License in the associated role
• Must be able to pass a background check

7:15am - 3:15pm

182 Teacher Work Days + 15 extra days (Total of 197 days),  School Year

• Bachelor’s Degree Range: $52,870 to $85,544
• Master’s Degree Range: $60,558 to $91,310
• Master’s + 40/PhD/PsyS/EdS/EdD Range: $68,246 to $93,232
• Total Salary Range: $57,227 to $100,916
