- Strong verbal and written communication skills—great at connecting with others.
- Computer‑savvy with solid organizational skills.
- A natural leader who thrives as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledgeable about child development and eager to apply best practices.
- Problem‑solving comes easily, and you handle challenges with grace.
- AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (as defined by the Office of Head Start).
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Salary range $25.69 – $33.18 per hour + benefits.
- Full‑time (40 hours per week), 9‑month program.
