JOB STATUS: Full time (40 hours), 12 months
LOCATION: Willmar, MN

WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Plan and lead engaging classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records.
- Partner with parents to inspire active participation.
- Ensure an inclusive classroom for children with disabilities.
- Incorporate health and nutrition activities.
- Assist with recruitment efforts to connect more families to the Head Start program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—you’re great at connecting with others.
- Computer-savvy with solid organizational skills.
- A natural leader who thrives as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledgeable about child development and eager to apply best practices.
- Problem-solving comes easily, and you handle challenges with grace.
- An AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (as defined by the Office of Head Start).
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or the willingness to obtain it).
- Salary range of $25.69 - $33.68 per hour plus benefits.
- Full-time (40 hours per week), 12-Month.
