City Administrator - Willmar

The City of Willmar is seeking an experienced, visionary, and collaborative leader to serve as its next City Administrator. As the chief administrative officer of the City, this position provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for all municipal operations, ensuring the effective delivery of services and implementation of the City Council’s goals and priorities. The ideal candidate is an innovative and results-oriented professional with demonstrated experience in municipal management, organizational leadership, budgeting and financial administration, policy implementation, and community engagement.

This individual will possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster productive partnerships among elected officials, staff, residents, businesses, regional organizations, and other governmental agencies.
