Focus Staff is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to patients ranging from pediatric to older adults in Willmar, MN. The assignment is 13 weeks starting 03/16/2026, with 40 hours per week on 5x8 days.

• Proven experience as Speech Language Pathologist
• Graduate of a master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by the Education Standards Board or meeting ASHA certification requirements
• Independent decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
• Minimum 2 years of SLP experience

• Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to maximize patient abilities
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges to patient records
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
