Summary
Join Centra Care's Behavioral Health team in Willmar, Minnesota, and make a meaningful impact providing outpatient diagnostic assessment, psychological testing, and psychotherapy services to patients and families affected by anxiety, depression, pain, stress, and trauma. This role offers the opportunity to practice with a high level of autonomy while remaining part of a collaborative, supportive care team with minimal direct supervision.
Psychologists in this position may develop areas of clinical interest, including neuropsychological testing, group therapy, or consultation with partial hospitalization programs or inpatient mental health services, while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a specialty behavioral health setting.
Schedule
- Part-time | 0.625 FTE | Onsite – Skylark Clinic, Willmar, MN
- Tuesday–Thursday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay and Benefits
- Salary range: $94,394.25 - $ per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
- Minimum of one-year experience is required.
- Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferred
- Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Department Information
Centra Care's Behavioral Health services in Willmar are delivered through a collaborative, multidisciplinary specialty care model that includes psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and integrated behavioral health providers. The team works closely with medical and specialty services to support comprehensive outpatient care, while offering clinicians autonomy, strong peer collaboration, and the ability to tailor their practice to individual clinical interests.
