Job SummaryThe Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital (CABHH) in Willmar offers a position for an experienced child and adolescent clinical psychologist to lead a specialty team in behavioral health. The role will involve comprehensive psychological assessment, evidence‑based individual, group, and family treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and program direction in a state‑of‑the‑art 16‑bed psychiatric facility.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence‑based treatment for children and adolescents.
- Integrate assessment results into interdisciplinary treatment plans.
- Lead and participate in patient treatment conferences and interdisciplinary case discussions.
- Offer consultation on positive behavioral supports to the treatment team and other stakeholders. Assist in risk assessment and management of suicidality and violence.
- Use clinical expertise to set treatment priorities and advance the program model.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in clinical psychology.
- Licensed or license‑eligible psychologist (Minnesota Board of Psychology).
- Completion of an APA‑approved internship specializing in children and adolescents.
- Doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
- Licensed psychologist in Minnesota.
- One year post‑licensure clinical experience.
- Completion of an APA‑approved internship specializing in children and adolescents.
- Post‑doctoral training in treatment of children and adolescents.
- Training and experience in positive behavioral techniques.
- Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings.
- Experience with in an interdisciplinary treatment model.
- Experience integrating family work into treatment of children and adolescents.
- Demonstrated cultural responsiveness with diverse populations.
- Competitive salary range $84,835–$140,167 annually.
