Summary
- Deliver patient-focused rooming for various types of clinic visits.
- Communicate results and other relevant medical information to patients and providers.
- Ensure the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and on time.
- Assist with procedures within scope of practice.
- Administer medications/injections/immunizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule
- Fulltime position - Working 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Mon-Thurs 8:00AM to 5:00PM and Fri 8:00AM to 12:00PM
- No weekends
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $20.92 per hour (CMA/RMA) and $22.40 per hour (LPN), increases with experience.
- Pay range for CMA or RMA: $20.71 - $32.96 per hour
- Pay range for LPN: $22.40 - $37.08 per hour
- Hiring Bonuses: CMA or RMA - $2,000 and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates
- LPN - $2,500 and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates

Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
- Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Health career Association (NHA)
- American Registry of Medical Assistant (NCMA)
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
- Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous Centra Care employees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care/Carris in the last 9 months. Relocation assistance eligibility:
Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for Centra Care/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the Willmar Main Clinic and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
