Occupational Therapist

Provide outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy services to pediatric and adult patients. Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve functional independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical and cognitive abilities to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and clinical goals.
• Administer therapy sessions to pediatric and adult patients, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Comply with state licensing, vaccination, fingerprinting, and hospital policies to maintain compliance.
• Participate in holiday coverage and complete required lab and fingerprinting within specified time frames.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license or be able to submit proof of application.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrate experience working with both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Be available to work 4x10 hour shifts from 07:30 to 18:00.
• Provide documentation for vaccine exemptions if applicable.
• Be willing to work holidays and complete state-mandated fingerprinting and lab work promptly.
