Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Franklin, MN to plan, direct, and coordinate therapy services.
Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions are available, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement. The OT will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, supervise COTAs as needed, and ensure documentation and billing are accurate.
