Pay and Benefits:- Starting pay begins at $20.22 per hour and increases with experience.
- Pay range: $20.22 - $31.47 per hour
- $2,000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates! $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

- 72hours every two weeks.
- Variable days and nights working 12‑hour shifts
- Rotating shifts, includes weekends and holidays.
- Completion of an accredited EMT‑Basic / Advanced EMT (AEMT) course required, verified through certification with the EMSRB or NREMT.
- NIMMS 100, 200, 700 certifications; able to obtain within 3 months.
- Valid current NREMT with Minnesota EMSRB Certification or Valid Minnesota EMSRB Certification with NREMT to be obtained by 2032.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing is required.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part‑time benefited position. Previous Centra Care employees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Restrictions apply to relocation bonus.
To qualify for the relocation bonus, the candidate must live at least 50 miles away from hired location and relocate within 30 miles of primary work location.
Centra Care hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time. Bonus amounts may differ based on full‑time and part‑time status.
