Position:
Overnight Front Desk

Shift: Full-time (32 hours), Monday-Sunday flexibility needed, 11pm-7am

Pay: based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
Monitor the property for safety and security – reporting concerns as needed
Complete daily audit tasks and reports
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
