WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead HR Operations: Oversee HR functions, including policies, systems, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Manage & Develop Staff: Supervise and support HR team members through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development.
- Ensure Compliance & Administration: Maintain compliance with employment laws while administering compensation, benefits, and personnel policies.
- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on personnel matters and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Oversee HR Systems & Records: Ensure HR systems, personnel records, and reporting processes are accurate, secure, and up to date.
- You lead with integrity and professionalism: You model strong communication, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality and fairness.
- You’re a strategic thinker and problem solver: You can balance big-picture planning with day-to-day operations while driving effective solutions.
- You value teamwork and collaboration: You work effectively across departments, building relationships and supporting shared goals.
- You’re organized and results-driven: You prioritize effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and follow through on key initiatives.
- You understand people and community impact: You bring awareness of workforce needs and the broader social and economic factors affecting employees and the populations served.
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in management, administration, or supervision or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Additional experience in human resources leadership, supervision, union contracts, and organizational administration
- Salary range of $38.03- $59.51 p/hour + Benefits!
- Full-time, Exempt
