HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
- Lead HR Operations:
Oversee HR functions, including policies, systems, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. - Manage & Develop Staff:
Supervise and support HR team members through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development. - Ensure Compliance & Administration:
Maintain compliance with employment laws while administering compensation, benefits, and personnel policies. - Partner with Leadership:
Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on personnel matters and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. - Oversee HR Systems & Records:
Ensure HR systems, personnel records, and reporting processes are accurate, secure, and up to date.

- Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in management, administration, or supervision or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Preferred:
Additional experience in human resources leadership, supervision, union contracts, and organizational administration
- Salary range of $38.03- $59.51 p/hour + Benefits!
