UNFI - - Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the Grocery Department to promote sales and achieve profit margins and labor goals;
Supervise, train and develop Grocery associates to ensure completion of assigned tasks and efficient uses of man hours;
Develop effective daily/weekly work plan based on sales projections;
Ensure accurate pricing and signage within the department;
Manage receiving, invoicing, pricing, shrink control and inventory to ensure proper product control
