Overview
Prinsco is seeking a Director of Safety to lead and elevate our safety strategy and performance across multiple manufacturing locations in the U.S. This role is responsible for building a consistent, high-impact safety culture while ensuring compliance, reducing hazards, and driving measurable results across the organization. This is a full-time position located in Willmar, MN with up to 50% travel.

- Lead the development and execution of Prinsco-wide safety programs, policies, tools, and standards.
- Drive consistency and accountability for safety performance across all plants, yards, remote, and office teams.
- Partner with site leaders to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and improve outcomes.
- Serve as a visible, hands-on leader—supporting sites through coaching, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety requirements across multiple states.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action effectiveness.
- Leverage safety data, metrics, and trends to drive continuous improvement and executive insights.
- Champion a strong, engaged safety culture across all levels of the organization.
- Own safety at scale — Lead safety across a multi-state manufacturing organization and drive meaningful change that impacts every location.
- Build, influence, and elevate — Shape strategy, influence leaders, and create lasting improvements in safety performance and culture.

What You Bring:
- 8+ years of progressive safety leadership experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Multi-state experience with strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Deep expertise in OSHA regulations and practical application in operations.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and hold leaders and teams accountable across multiple locations.
- A hands-on, results-driven approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
