Position
We are hiring a FULL TIME Safety Director/Trainer for our TEAM!
Applicant Requirements- Be reliable
- Be friendly
- Enjoy working with people and children
- Be a team player
- Be self motivated
- Good communication skills
- Have some computer skills (Excel, Google Docs, Word etc)
- Be flexible
- Bewilling to learn multiple tasks to be able to assist where needed
- Be able to work in a sometimes fast paced environment.
- Be willing to get licensed to drive a school bus
Job details include both office and out of office tasks.
- Occasionally drive a bus / van route
- Help keep routes up to date
- Train in new drivers prior to licensing
- Monthly training meetings for all drivers
- Keep up on any laws pertaining to busing
- Working with the different school admin in regard to discipline on the buses
- Working with the local Police Department in regard to stop arm violations
- Help answer phones
- Other tasks as assigned
- $ per/hr. depending on experience
