Manufacturing Supervisor, 2nd Shift

Role Overview

The 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor will coordinate production, packing, ingredient processing, and drive safety, quality, employee engagement, and compliance.

• Focus on safety of all employees through adherence of safety procedures, including training and toolbox meetings.
• Ensure compliance of GMPs and the Food Safety Plan.
• Deliver continuous improvement in key initiatives of Cost, Quality, Service, People, and Environment through efficient use of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate with other supervisors and functions to optimize operations and resources.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production schedules to meet and exceed customer requirements, production goals, and TMM objectives.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to conduct preventative maintenance.
• Own and drive department and shift continuous improvement/TMM processes.
• Lead engagement of employees, work teams, and the utilization of technology to deliver world‑class line efficiencies.
• Coaches and develops others and, where appropriate, peers.
• Provides clear and timely performance feedback to work teams and all employees.
• Attracts, retains and develops the very best talent and empowers, engages, and inspires employees.

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of leadership experience in a food, feed, or related industrial environment OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in rotational Land O' Lakes programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered.
• Advanced safety training, HACCP training/certifications, and feed manufacturing experience are preferred.

Sunday‑Thursday 4:00pm – 12:00am, with some weekend work due to seasonality and demand.

$70,800 – $106,200
