Marketing & Communications Specialist – Creative Content, Digital Marketing & Brand Development

Location: Willmar, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Northern Radiator is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll help strengthen our brand, create engaging content, support marketing campaigns, and collaborate with teams across the organization to promote our products, people, and employee‑owned culture.

• Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, website updates, and promotional materials.
• Write and edit press releases, product announcements, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and lead generation campaigns.
• Support video content creation, photography, and marketing campaigns.
• Help coordinate trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and external vendors to develop compelling marketing content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist with CRM and website content management updates.

• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or content creation experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with SEO principles, AI tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design applications.
• Experience with CRM or CMS systems preferred (Hub Spot, Optimizely, Word Press, etc.).
• Photography, video editing, and B2B marketing experience are beneficial.
