Rice Memorial Hospital is a 12 LDRP room facility delivering approximately 600+ babies a year! The Women’s and Children’s Health unit has 3 components:
Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics and Women’s Health making this a great facility to learn and grow, whether you are a new grad or joining our tenured staff RNs!

- 60 hours every 2 weeks
- Rotating shifts, 8-hour and 12-hour
- Every 3rd weekend
- Rotating holidays
- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour
- Bachelor's in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour
- Master's in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour
- Full pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- New grads welcome! We offer a Nurse Residency Program, partnered with St. Cloud Hospital, for your first year along with a monthly mentorship program.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous Centra Care employees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements:
Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for Centra Care in the past nine months.
