Schedule- Casual position, with the option to work when convenient for you

- Fri, 7am – 3:30pm - Occasional late shifts
- Hourly Pay Range: $132.99 - $172.89 per hour
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Current licensure as an APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) in the State of Minnesota.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
- Successful completion of medical staff office credentialing must be completed prior to working without a preceptor.
- Successful completion of third-party payer credentialing must be completed prior to billing for services
- Knowledge of growth and development principles over the entire life span of the patient population to include neonate to geriatric.
- Ability to observe, assess, and interpret patient age specific data, reaction, treatments, progress, and outcomes.
- Knowledge of current anesthesia principles and practices, agents, equipment, devices, and techniques.
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with other professionals and the general public.
The Anesthesiology Department includes 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs providing services in both the hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center. The team manages a broad range of cases, including peds, OB, ENT, general, robotic, ortho, GYN, urology, podiatry, endoscopy, epidurals, and pain blocks. Using a combination of medical direction and CRNA-only models, CRNAs average approximately 10 cases per day at the surgery center and 4 per day in the hospital.
The department utilizes the Epic EMR system to support clinical documentation and care coordination.
