Job Description WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOLWe are talking with Licensed Practical Nurses in Willmar, Minnesota, and the surrounding 10‑mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre‑screened candidate pool so we can match you to the right role when our partner facilities have needs.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in any of: long‑term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, hospital float pool
- IV certification a plus, not required
- Geriatric experience valued
- Open to full‑time, part‑time, PRN, or direct‑hire
LPN engagements typically pay $22 – $30 per hour, varying by setting, shift, and experience. We'll discuss specifics when we know what kind of role fits you.
