Our crisis team makes connections that save lives! We are seeking a part time and hourly nurses to provide nursing and mental health services to adults, adolescents and children who are experiencing a mental health crisis. This position works in our residential crisis units in our Willmar office.
- Part-time position working one weekend a month, consisting of three shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (3:00 pm-11:30 pm).
- Hourly position working at least 8 hours a month to fill in open shifts and staff leave time.
- Competitive wage plus an hourly shift differential ($1.50/hour and $2.50/hour).
- Conduct health education and skills groups with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Complete health screenings, pass medications, provide health monitoring, and process provider orders.
- Communicate with clients, families, and outside agencies while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Teach individual rehabilitative skills.
- Must possess a valid MN Nursing License (RN or LPN).
- Must meet DHS requirements for Behavioral Health Practitioner.
- Ability to pass a DHS background study.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Requires computer skills for electronic health record entry.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $36.38 – $49.54 per hour
